Small Engine Mechanics Class Begins June 11 at Randolph Community College

Ever wanted to know the theory and operating principles of small two- and four-stroke gasoline engines? And be able to service and repair them? Randolph Community College will offer a course in the fundamentals of Small Engine Mechanics beginning Monday, June 11 at the Asheboro Campus.
           
This course will provide an introduction to the parts and operation of small gasoline engines normally found on push mowers, riding mowers, small tractors, garden tillers, blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, etc.  The instructor will be Mark Gilmore, owner of Goldston Small Engine Repair in Goldston, N.C. Mark has over 10 years of experience in small engine repair.
           
The class will meet from 6-9 p.m., Mondays and Tuesdays, June 11 through August 6. The registration fee is $121.25. Call 336-633-0268 or 336-862-7980 to register for this course. Seating is limited.
