Eight Randolph Community College employees began their participation in
the President’s Educational Leadership Academy recently at RCC.
This is the fourth class to participate in the Academy, which is
designed to help develop employee leadership skills. It was implemented
in spring 2011 as part of President Robert Shackleford’s presidential
initiatives. Employees chosen for this summer are Lisa Bock, Archdale
Center director; Kelly Heath, grant writer/events coordinator; Robert
Leslie, dean of corporate and continuing education; Lorie McCroskey,
director of recruitment and student activities; Tonya Monroe,
coordinator/instructor for compensatory education; David Shields,
maintenance staff/electrician; Devin Sova, director of distance
education; and Donna Windish, instructional services librarian.
