Students wanting to learn basic welding skills can take advantage of
an upcoming two-week Basic Welding course at Randolph Community
College’s Asheboro Campus with two sections available.
The first section (#55845) will meet from 9 a.m.-12 noon, Monday
through Thursday, Feb. 22-March 3. The second section (#55846) will meet
from 9 a.m.-12 noon, Monday through Thursday, March 7-17.
This class is designed to teach basic Gas Metal Arc welding safety,
fundamentals and techniques. The class is a required prerequisite to the
Continuing Education MIG 1 class.
The total cost of the course is $110.55. Call 336-862-7980 to register.
