Randolph Community College Opens Aquaponics Lab for Tours May 15 and 16

Randolph Community College will be offering tours of its new aquaponics system May 15 and 16 as part of the Tour de Tanks initiative sponsored by The Aquaponics Association. Each year, many of The Aquaponics Association’s members across the country offer tours of their thriving aquaponics systems. This exciting event is an excellent opportunity for local communities to learn about aquaponic food production and the wide spectrum of aquaponics systems, from counter top to commercial production, said Bryan Marbert, department chair for sciences, health and physical education at RCC.
