Five Randolph Community College employees completed the requirements of
the President’s Educational Leadership Academy recently at RCC.
This is the eighth class to participate in the Academy, which is
designed to help develop employee leadership skills. It was implemented
in spring 2011 as part of President Robert Shackleford’s presidential
initiatives. Employees participating this spring were Kelly H.
Castelloe, system administrator II; Matthew S. Cox; payroll specialist;
Kandi B. Hughes, data specialist for College and Career Readiness;
Jennifer L. Macy, SACS liaison/director of Writing Across the
Curriculum/instructor; and Dr. G. Warlock Vance, English/Reading
instructor.
