Randolph Community College Student Matthew Pope Receives NCCIA Scholarship

Matthew Dale Pope of Asheboro, a second-semester Computer Information Technology student at Randolph Community College, was awarded the North Carolina Computer Instruction Association Leadership Team Scholarship on April 4.
           
The N.C. Computer Instruction Association was established in 1994 to meet the needs of training and sharing information related to computer technology. Its goals include sharing ideas and exchanging information; cultivating professional development; acquiring and maintaining competencies in emerging computer technology; identifying student competencies within their students’ curricula; and increasing awareness of employment opportunities.
