Five Randolph Community College employees completed the requirements of
the President’s Educational Leadership Academy recently at RCC.
This is the sixth class to participate in the Academy, which is
designed to help develop employee leadership skills. It was implemented
in spring 2011 as part of President Robert Shackleford’s presidential
initiatives. Employees participating this spring were Kevin Eames,
Photographic Technology instructor; Shelley Greene, associate vice
president for institutional advancement; Julie New, financial aid
specialist; Donna Perry, division chair for the Science, Technology,
Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) division; and Sharon Reynolds;
purchasing agent.
