Tickets on Sale for Oct. 14 RCC Foundation Taste of Asheboro/Randolph Event

Tickets are on sale for the Randolph Community College Foundation’s Taste of Asheboro/Randolph event scheduled for 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at the 105 Worth Event Centre in downtown Asheboro.

The fundraiser, which will support scholarships for students at Randolph Community College, will feature some of the best selections from restaurants and bakeries in Randolph County.

Participants include Archdale Bakery, Asheboro Country Club, Bistro 42, Central Bakery, Colonial Country Club, Creative Cakes, David’s Family Restaurant, Flying Pig, Four Saints, Fresh Cuts, George’s Pizza and Subs, La Hacienda, Lumina Wine & Beer, Mike’s Chicago Dogs, Sir Pizza, Something Different, Super Doughnuts, The Table, and more.

A local band will provide live music, and a wine and pottery auction will add excitement to the festivities. Pottery has been donated by Sid Luck, Alexa Modderno, Ben Owen, Will McCanless and many others.

Tickets are $35 and can be purchased by going to www.randolphccfoundation.org and clicking on the Taste of Asheboro/Randolph logo. Only a limited number of tickets are available.
