Randolph Community College will offer a Real Estate Provisional
Broker course beginning Monday, Sept. 15, at the Continuing Education
and Industrial Center on the Asheboro Campus. If you are considering a
career in real estate, the first step to obtaining your real estate
license is the successful completion of a pre-licensing course.
The course is required to satisfy the educational requirements for a
provisional broker and is designed to prepare the student to pass the
real estate license examination administered by the N.C. Real Estate
Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices,
law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real

The class will meet from 6-9 p.m., on Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Thursdays, Sept. 15 through Nov. 17, plus from 6-10 p.m. on Tuesday,
Nov. 18. The total cost for the course is $238.22. For more information
