Randolph Community College will offer a Real Estate Provisional
Broker course beginning Monday, June 17, at the Archdale Center. This is
the first time in several years that this course has been offered at
RCC.
The course is required to satisfy the educational requirements for a
provisional broker and is designed to prepare the student to pass the
real estate license examination administered by the N.C. Real Estate
Commission. Topics include basic real estate principles and practices,
law and contracts, financing, closing valuation, fair housing and real

The course will meet from 6-9 p.m., on Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Thursdays, June 17 through Aug. 22. The total cost for the course is
