When it comes to finding a good job, training is essential. But that training doesn't necessarily have to be in the form of a two-year or four-year degree. Just ask Zach Jackson of Farmer. When he found himself out of work for a short period of time last year, he decided to hone his skills in the Power Equipment Mechanics Program at Randolph Community College.
