Try Out Upcoming No Excuses Boot Camp at Randolph Community College on March 14

Randolph Community College is offering a new type of exercise class this spring with a unique one-session demonstration class for those who have never tried one before.

The “No Excuses Boot Camp” training will consist of calisthenics, such as pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints.

If you’ve never tried boot camp training, you can sign up for a demonstration class (#60914) for just the cost of insurance ($0.55). This session will meet from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, in room 103 of the Continuing Education and Industrial Center on the Asheboro Campus.
