Randolph Community College’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division will offer a ServSafe course in January. The two-day class will meet from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 11 and 12, in Room 223 of the Continuing Education and Industrial Center on the Asheboro Campus. Registration is $70, plus $89.61 for a textbook.
The ServSafe program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts who face the same risks restaurant managers face every day. Years of experience and inside knowledge of the foodservice industry are at the core of the course, exams and materials.
