Randolph Community College’s Archdale Center is offering a Personal
Finance course that is free for those who fall within income eligibility
guidelines.
The class is being offered at two different times to allow for easier
scheduling. It will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 24 through
June 30. Students can choose from a 10 a.m.-12 noon section (#57827) or a
6-8 p.m. section (#57828). It will cover various topics including
attitudes about money, common mistakes, budgeting basics, ways to save
money, emergency funds, paying off debt, credit repair, increasing
income, investing, taxes, end of life plan, and saving for college.
