Five Randolph Community College
employees completed the requirements of the President's Educational
Leadership Academy in the fall semester at RCC.
This is the ninth class to participate in the Academy, which is
designed to help develop employee leadership skills. It was implemented
in spring 2011 as part of President Robert Shackleford's presidential
initiatives. Employees participating this fall were C. Ashley Moody,
director of adult basic education and adult high school; Cathy D.
Hefferin; assistant director of marketing for public information; C.
Ryan Knight, instructor, English/reading; Sherri C. Davis, network
administrator II; and Todd E. Thompson, department head, humanities/fine
arts.
