Natasha Dowdy, director of administration at United Brass Works Inc. in
Randleman, and Reynolds Lisk, president of Insurance Associates of the
Triad in Asheboro, were both sworn in as new members of Randolph
Community College’s Board of Trustees at the July 17 annual meeting in
the Foundation Conference Center on the Asheboro Campus.
Dowdy was appointed to a four-year term by N.C. Gov. Pat McCrory,
replacing Dr. Alan Luria, who retired from the board June 30 after
serving for 15 years. The Asheboro City Board of Education appointed
Lisk to the Board to replace District Court Judge James P. Hill Jr., who
had served since 1988 and did not seek reappointment.
