Beta Theta Rho, Randolph Community College’s chapter of Phi Theta Kappa,
received its Five-Star Chapter award for 11th year in a row at the 2014
Phi Theta Kappa Carolinas Regional Convention in Charleston, S.C., in
March. The Five Star level is the highest level that a chapter can
obtain, and it encourages excellence and recognizes progress in the
attainment of goals set by the chapter.
