Randolph Community College’s Workforce Development and Continuing
Education Division will offer a Horseback Riding course beginning Oct. 7
through the Archdale Center. The six-week course, which will be held at
the Circle C Equestrian Center in Sophia, will provide horseback riding
lessons for beginners or those needing refresher training.
Students will learn to properly groom, tack and prepare a horse to
ride. They will also learn the basic foundations of riding in a balanced
seat at gaits appropriate for their skill and comfort level as
determined by the instructor.
