Six Randolph Community College employees completed the requirements of
the President’s Educational Leadership Academy in the spring semester at
RCC.
This is the 12th class to participate in the Academy, which is designed
to help develop employee leadership skills. Employees participating this
spring were Shane Bryson, student activities coordinator; Heather
Clouston, executive assistant to the president and Board of Trustees;
Cathy Coggins, nursing instructor; Bryan McCormack, English/reading
instructor; Stacy Schmitt, planning and assessment specialist; and
Adrianne Siler, assistant to the vice president for workforce
development and continuing education.
