Randolph Community College Foundation President Ann Hoover was honored on Saturday, Nov. 8, with a Council for Resource Development Benefactor of the Year Award at the organization’s 48th annual conference held at the Hyatt Regency in Washington, D.C. Only six people were chosen from across the country.
