RCC Building Named One of Top 10 Construction Projects, Architect Wins Merit Award from State Construction

Randolph Community College’s $7.6 million Continuing Education and Industrial Center was listed on the State Construction Office’s list of Top 10 Best Managed and Administered Construction Projects for the year, and Robert Carmac of Smith Sinnett Architecture, the architect for the CEIC, was awarded the State Building Commission Certificate of Merit Award at the 33rd annual State Construction Conference in Raleigh on March 27. Over 1,000 people from across the state attended the event.
