The Randolph Community College Foundation has established a high school
leadership development program for rising ninth graders that is modeled
after RCC’s prestigious Student Leadership Academy. The Randolph
Community College High School Leadership Academy will be a one-day event
that will focus on topics such as the definition of leadership; team
building; personality types and leadership styles; social media,
communication and leadership; conflict resolution; situational
leadership; and servant leadership, according to Lorie McCroskey, RCC’s
director of development.
