Shelley W. Greene of Highfalls, associate vice president for
institutional advancement at Randolph Community College, has published
an article in the Journal of Digital & Social Media Marketing, a
major peer-reviewed journal for those involved in the marketing of
products and services using digital channels.
The article, titled “Long Live the Relationship,” appears in the
Practitioner Papers section of the August 2013 edition of the journal.
It focuses on building relationships with consumers through social
media.
Greene earned a B.A. in Mass Communication/Marketing from Campbell
University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and completed her Master of
Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communication in West Virginia
University’s online master’s program, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
