Six Randolph Community College employees began their participation in the President’s Educational Leadership Academy this month at RCC.
This is the third class to complete the Academy, which is designed to help develop employee leadership skills. It was implemented last spring as part of President Robert Shackleford’s presidential initiatives. Employees chosen for this spring are Chad Conville, director of auxiliary services; Teresa Cox, Physical Education instructor; Nancy Cross, Randolph Early College High School liaison; Mark Dowell, Spanish instructor; Kimberly Maddox, Humanities/Fine Arts instructor; and Susan Rice, director of financial services/controller.
