Randolph Community College's Corporate and Continuing Education division has scheduled a Bartending/Mixology class for March 8 - April 19. The class meets on Monday evenings for six weeks. Class will be held from 6-9 p.m. at Asheboro Country Club.
Topics include drink recipes, use of wines, fruit cutting, utensils, glassware, ABC laws, legal liability, bar management, and employment opportunities.
Students must be 21 years or older to take this course. In class, colored water is used to simulate liquor. The registration fee is $70. Call 336-633-0268 in Asheboro or 336-862-7980 in Archdale to register.
