Randolph Community College is offering a new course designed to
provide students with the skills to research their ancestors and build
their family trees. In “Discover Your Genealogy,”
students will advance their researching skills through internet
databases and historical documents. This is an introductory course
teaching terminology and techniques designed to start students in
discovering their family histories.
The class will meet from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays,
March 14 through May 4 in Room 104 of the Computer Technology Center on
the Asheboro Campus. The tuition is $50.
