Rohrbaugh Named Randolph Community College Vice President for Instructional Services

Suzanne Y. Rohrbaugh has joined Randolph Community College as vice president for instructional services. In this position, Rohrbaugh will serve as RCC’s chief academic officer and provide leadership for and oversight of the development, management, assessment, and quality improvement of the College’s curriculum instructional programs and services including certificate, diploma, and degree credit programs; developmental education; distance learning; and learning resources/library.
