A small group of Seagrove residents gathered in the meeting room at the Seagrove Public Library early on Feb. 15 for "Breakfast with the President," one of a series of meetings being conducted by Randolph Community College President Robert S. Shackleford Jr. and other college staff in various communities around the county to update residents on the College's work and its impact on individual communities.
