RCC Human Services Technology Students Attend State Conference

A large group Randolph Community College Human Services Technology students along with their department head, Scott Smith, and adjunct instructor, Cathleen Hedgecock, recently attended the North Carolina Organization for Human Services Fall Conference in Albemarle.
